Job description

In this position, you will be responsible for independently processing customer enquiries and handling customer orders, both internally and externally. This includes responsibility for the purchase of goods, the provision of goods and the dispatch of materials, as well as the documentation and processing of all processes in the laboratory information system (LIMS). You will also plan and coordinate the deployment of water samplers, coordinate appointments with customers, adjust them in the event of changes and prepare orders. You will also be responsible for allocating the samplers and monitoring the receipt of samples in the laboratory, as well as organising and coordinating internal and external sample transport.
Our offer
A permanent employment contract with fair pay
Intensive induction into your new tasks
Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
Supplementary company health insurance
Subsidy for Hansefit membership, health courses, bicycle leasing and Germany ticket
30 days' holiday plus 1 additional day each on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve

What you should bring with you:
Ideally, you will have completed training for this position, for example as an MTA, BTA, MFA or in the field of logistics/materials management. Initial experience in a laboratory environment or in logistics is an advantage, as is knowledge of the industry, although this is not essential. Good German language skills and a confident use of MS Office applications and modern communication tools are required for data processing and internal and external communication. Experience with laboratory information systems is a plus. You are characterised by an independent, structured and reliable way of working and have a strong talent for organisation. You also have a willingness and ability to learn and know how to work effectively in a team. You can maintain an overview even in challenging situations, coordinate tasks with confidence and thus contribute to the smooth running of laboratory logistics.
You do not fulfil all points 100%? No problem - apply anyway! We look forward to hearing from you.
