Job description

Your New Responsibilities

To support and expand our existing team, you will take on a variety of tasks in the field of financial accounting, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our financial processes. You will handle incoming and outgoing invoices as part of accounts payable and receivable, and you will also be responsible for asset accounting.

In addition, you will manage dunning procedures, issue invoices for our laboratory, and process travel expense reports for our technicians. You will oversee and post entries for the petty cash and manage all payment transactions—including payment approvals, bank records, controls, and proper archiving.

You will also actively contribute to year-end closing activities and general ledger account reviews, reliably supporting the team in day-to-day operations.

Your Profile

You have completed commercial training or a qualification with commercial components, such as in office organization or administration. Your relevant professional experience in financial accounting gives you a solid understanding of business processes and accounting procedures.

You are familiar with modern ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools. You work independently, carefully, and reliably, maintaining an overview even with complex tasks. You act with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility. Your eagerness to learn and your team spirit help you quickly get up to speed with new topics and collaborate effectively with colleagues to find efficient solutions.
